Visit protocol
Five phases on the day, from address review to a supervisor-reviewed submission, as planned for Kharghar and the surrounding Navi Mumbai addresses. The 5-point checklist is fixed before dispatch so each visit records the same fields.
Before the visit
Address review & routing
Your sampling plan, screener and questionnaire version are confirmed, and the 5-point home use product tests (hut) field checklist is briefed to the interviewers who will work it. Sampling points in Kharghar (410210) are plotted around Central Park before anyone travels.
On arrival
Arrival, ID & permission
The interviewer shows ID, explains what the study is for, applies your screener and records the respondent's consent before the first question is asked. Participation stays voluntary and the respondent is never nudged towards an answer. Where a Kharghar building or outlet needs prior clearance, that permission is taken before the interview starts.
On site
Checklist & evidence capture
All 5 checklist points are worked in order — "Eligible household recruited" and "Usage diary handed over" among them — and each result is recorded against its item on the spot rather than from memory afterwards. Responses are entered exactly as given, with nothing recorded outside the approved questionnaire.
Close-out
Acknowledgement & close-out
The interview is closed, its duration logged and the respondent's contact kept for back-check only where consent allows. Refusals, terminations and quota misses are logged as they happened, so the placement and pickup log reflects the field and not an estimate.
Same day
Supervisor review & submission
Before anything reaches you, a supervisor checks the day's submissions for checklist completeness, screener and quota compliance and correct coding, and random back-checks are run on a sample. Cleared work goes into your placement and pickup log, with the Kharghar address and pincode 410210 on every row; anything that fails review goes back to the field.

Evidence & quality
What is captured on the ground during home use product tests (hut) in Kharghar, and the checks it passes before it reaches you — 5 checklist points and 4 report outputs per assignment.
Fields are limited to what your brief authorises — nothing extra is collected or stored.
Any row can be traced back to the original field record, so a query on one interview is answerable without a fresh visit.
Commissioning triggers
Product Testing work like home use product tests (hut) is usually asked for at a specific moment, not on a calendar. These are the briefs we see most often from clients operating in Kharghar and across Navi Mumbai.
Product & R&D teams
Coded samples are placed or served in the prescribed order, with usage and scores captured exactly as instructed. A typical brief here is a 5-point home use product tests (hut) round across Kharghar and nearby Navi Mumbai addresses.
Research agencies
Venue, recruitment, sample handling and session timing are run to the protocol, with attendance documented.
Marketing
Users respond to the actual product in their own home or at the venue, not to a description of it.
Local visit planning
Plan the assignment around the actual premises—not just an area name. Here is what matters for field visits in Kharghar.
For visits around Central Park, share the complete Kharghar address, building or outlet name, floor, contact person and any entry permissions. The listed pincode 410210 is a reference; confirm each address before dispatch.
Kharghar includes education hubs and residential. Match the checklist to the premises: an outlet audit, office verification and industrial site survey each need different evidence and access arrangements.
Locations around Little World Mall and Golf course can be grouped after address review. Visit windows depend on opening hours, contact availability, travel and site permissions—not the pincode alone.
If a Kharghar location is closed, inaccessible or does not match the brief, the team records the outcome and available evidence. A revisit is scheduled only after your instructions and scope confirmation.
Scope
Stated plainly so the brief and the field report agree. Anything outside this is quoted and authorised before dispatch.
Anything beyond this scope can be added to the brief before dispatch — it is then scoped and quoted, rather than assumed in the field.

Field payment + travel + coordination + report review + overhead. Waiting time, revisits, urgent assignments and travel outside regular coverage are priced separately.
