Services
FieldVisit carries out field visits, audits, verification, surveys, coordination and client-authorised collections support as described in the agreed quote or work order.
Client instructions
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of location lists, contact details, checklists and authorisations they provide. Collections work starts only after written authorisation.
Observations only
A normal field visit records observations. Technical, electrical, structural, legal or valuation opinions are offered only through appropriately qualified personnel when agreed.
Fees and payment
Fees follow the agreed quote. Revisits, waiting time, urgent work and travel outside regular coverage are charged separately as quoted.
Confidentiality
Both parties keep each other's confidential information private and use it only for the assignment.
Liability
Our liability for any assignment is limited to the fees paid for that assignment, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai having jurisdiction.
