What we store
- Strictly necessary storage: a token used to protect our forms against cross-site request forgery, so a submission can be trusted as coming from this site
- Session storage used by the site's own interface while you move between pages — cleared when you close the tab
- Nothing that profiles you, follows you to other websites, or is sold or shared for advertising
Fonts and third-party requests
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com and those services receive your IP address as part of serving the file. We receive nothing from that request. Enquiry submissions are sent to our own enquiry processing endpoints over an encrypted connection.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful. It is configured to measure pages and a small number of actions — an enquiry being sent, a WhatsApp chat being opened — and never receives your name, phone number, email or anything you typed into a form. Google sets its own identifiers to tell one browser from another; you can opt out with Google's browser add-on, or by blocking the domain in your browser or an extension. Blocking it does not affect anything on this site.
No advertising cookies
We do not run advertising pixels or remarketing tags, and we do not sell or share anything collected here for advertising. If that changes, this page will be updated before the tags go live and, where consent is required, you will be asked for it first.
Clearing or blocking storage
Every browser lets you view and delete cookies and site data, usually under Privacy or Site settings, and lets you block them per site. Blocking strictly necessary storage may stop our enquiry forms from submitting. Nothing we store is needed to read the content of this site.
WhatsApp and phone links
Choosing WhatsApp on this site opens a message addressed to us with your question and the page you were reading pre-filled, so our desk knows the context. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp, and that conversation is then governed by WhatsApp's own terms.
